A gift to the Old Albanian Association — whether given now or left as a bequest — sustains bursaries at St Albans School and the sporting heritage that carries its name into the future. Every act of generosity made through the Association reflects the motto that has guided Old Albanians since 1892: Non Nobis Nati — born not for ourselves.
Bequests & Legacy Giving
A lasting gift for those who follow
Leaving a bequest to the Association is one of the most enduring expressions of fellowship an Old Albanian can make. A legacy gift — however modest — can open the school's doors for a young person who might not otherwise find their way to St Albans, and ensure the playing fields and traditions that shaped you are there for those who come after.
Bequests may be directed towards bursary provision at the School, the maintenance of Woollams and the grounds, or the work of the sporting clubs. The Association's Honorary Secretary would be glad to discuss how a legacy gift may best reflect your wishes.
948 Sports Foundation
Youth sport and opportunity
The 948 Sports Foundation is the charitable vehicle through which Old Albanians and friends of the School support youth sport in St Albans and beyond. Named for the year of the School's foundation, it works to widen participation and give young people from all backgrounds the chance to benefit from the character-forming power of sport.
